Dramula respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Important Notice
Dramula operates as a content aggregator and does not host any video files on our servers. All streaming links direct users to third-party hosting services. We provide links to publicly available content only.
While we take copyright claims seriously and will remove links to infringing content, copyright holders may also need to contact the actual hosting providers where the content files are stored for complete removal.
What is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that provides a legal framework for addressing claims of copyright infringement. Under the DMCA, copyright owners can request that online service providers remove content that infringes their copyrights by submitting a proper takedown notice.
Dramula complies with the DMCA and will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material. We also respect the rights of users by providing a counter-notification process as outlined in the DMCA.
DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your notice must include all of the following information:
Identification of Copyrighted Work
A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the title, author, and any registration information if applicable.
Identification of Infringing Material
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our website, including specific URLs or page locations to help us locate the content quickly.
Your Contact Information
Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you regarding your claim.
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
Electronic or Physical Signature
Your electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Our DMCA Process
Here's what happens after you submit a valid DMCA takedown notice:
Submit Your Notice
Send a complete DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent with all required information listed above.
Review Process
Our team will review your notice to ensure it meets DMCA requirements and verify the information provided.
Action Taken
If your notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notification
You will receive confirmation once the content has been removed or access has been disabled.
Response Time: We aim to review and process all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Dramula has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material. We will terminate user accounts and block access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others, as determined in our sole discretion.
⚠️ Warning About False Claims
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or blocked by mistake, may be subject to liability.
